Step-by-step: convert your free account to a paid Team plan.
Upgrade to Team
When you're ready for more features (no footer, banners, team), you upgrade in a few minutes.
Steps
- Go to Account in the sidebar.
- Under Plans you see the Team plan.
- Enter the number of signatures you need:
- Pick monthly or yearly billing (yearly is cheaper per seat).
- Click Upgrade.
- You're redirected to Stripe Checkout.
- Enter card details and confirm.
- You return to MailManagers — all Team features are immediately available.
- 1 for individual use - 5 for small team - 25 for medium-sized company
Pricing tiers
Stripe automatically applies the correct price based on count:

What happens after payment?
- The MailManagers footer disappears from your signatures.
- Banners and banner groups become active.
- Organization features unlock.
- You receive an invoice via email and through your Stripe portal.
Changing later
You can scale signatures up or down anytime via your Stripe billing portal. Stripe pro-rates extra charges or credits back. You can also switch between monthly and yearly.
