Upgrade to Team

Step-by-step: convert your free account to a paid Team plan.

Upgrade to Team

When you're ready for more features (no footer, banners, team), you upgrade in a few minutes.

Steps

  1. Go to Account in the sidebar.
  2. Under Plans you see the Team plan.
  3. Enter the number of signatures you need:
  4. - 1 for individual use - 5 for small team - 25 for medium-sized company

  5. Pick monthly or yearly billing (yearly is cheaper per seat).
  6. Click Upgrade.
  7. You're redirected to Stripe Checkout.
  8. Enter card details and confirm.
  9. You return to MailManagers — all Team features are immediately available.

Pricing tiers

Stripe automatically applies the correct price based on count:

What happens after payment?

  • The MailManagers footer disappears from your signatures.
  • Banners and banner groups become active.
  • Organization features unlock.
  • You receive an invoice via email and through your Stripe portal.

Changing later

You can scale signatures up or down anytime via your Stripe billing portal. Stripe pro-rates extra charges or credits back. You can also switch between monthly and yearly.
