Add social links

In the Social tab you can add your profiles on social networks.

Supported networks

• LinkedIn (personal and company page)
• Facebook
• Instagram
• X (formerly Twitter)
• TikTok
• YouTube
• Threads
• Custom URL with your own label

How to add?

1. Open your signature and go to Social.
2. Paste the full URL of your profile (e.g. https://www.linkedin.com/in/yourname).
3. Drag to reorder.
4. Remove a network with the X on the right.

Style

Two display styles:

• Icons — colorful network logos (classic look)
• Text links — just the name ("LinkedIn", "Facebook") as a blue link

Text links render perfectly in any mail client, even without images. Icons look better but disappear when the recipient blocks images. For B2B we recommend text links.

Limitations

One link per network. Got a personal AND a company LinkedIn? Pick the most relevant or add the second as "Custom URL" with a label.
