Forgot password or 2FA reset
Forgot password
- Go to the login page.
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your email address.
- You'll get a reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes.
- Click the link, choose a new password, log in.
2FA code lost
If you lost your 2FA app (phone gone or app erased) but can still log in with your password:
- Log in with your password.
- At the 2FA step, click Use backup code.
- Enter one of your saved backup codes.
- Once in, go to Account → Security → disable 2FA.
- Re-enable 2FA with a new authenticator app, and store the backup codes safely this time.
Backup codes also lost

Tip
Store your backup codes in a password manager (1Password, Bitwarden) — not in the same app as your 2FA. That way you always have access.
