Get back into your MailManagers account.

Forgot password or 2FA reset

Forgot password

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. You'll get a reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes.
  5. Click the link, choose a new password, log in.

2FA code lost

If you lost your 2FA app (phone gone or app erased) but can still log in with your password:

  1. Log in with your password.
  2. At the 2FA step, click Use backup code.
  3. Enter one of your saved backup codes.
  4. Once in, go to AccountSecurity → disable 2FA.
  5. Re-enable 2FA with a new authenticator app, and store the backup codes safely this time.

Backup codes also lost

Tip

Store your backup codes in a password manager (1Password, Bitwarden) — not in the same app as your 2FA. That way you always have access.
