Add a logo or profile photo

In the Personal tab you can upload a logo or photo.

Recommended formats

• PNG with transparency for logos (background adapts to your layout)
• JPG for photos (smaller file size)
• Max 1 MB per image
• Dimensions: at least 200×200 px, max 600×600 px (overlarge images get rejected by some mail clients)

Logo or photo: pick one

Don't add both — it looks busy. Solopreneurs typically pick a profile photo for warmth; companies usually go with the logo.

Image hosting

MailManagers stores your image on its own CDN so it loads fast and shows in every mail client. Don't paste an external URL — upload the file itself.

Image blocking

Some recipients have automatic image loading off (Outlook desktop by default). Your signature still shows fine without the logo — no drama. Useful: set a recognizable alt text (auto-derived from filename, or edit in the avatar settings).
