Understanding the free plan

The Free plan is fully functional with a few limits.

What you get free

• Unlimited signatures — no cap, however many you need
• All design features (colors, layout, social, photo/logo, disclaimer)
• Unlimited downloads / installs
• Forever, no time limit

What's different from Team

At the bottom of every downloaded signature there's a small line:

This is a subtle branding line you get free in exchange for the free service. Many solopreneurs find this fine — it's small, professional and not pushy.

Limitations

• No banners
• No banner groups
• No organization / team features
• No statistics

When to upgrade to Team?

Upgrade if you want to:

• Remove the footer for branding reasons
• Display banners or run campaigns
• See view + click statistics
• Manage a team with a shared brand
• Use the Outlook / Microsoft 365 integration

Upgrade starts at €2/month or €15/year for 1 seat — scales up to hundreds of team members.
