Adjust fonts, colors and layout

Inside the signature editor, the right sidebar has tabs for design.

Colors

• Text color — for name and contact info
• Link color — for clickable elements (email, website, social)
• Title color — for your name
• Social color — for social-media links at the bottom

Hex codes are supported (e.g. #1b91da). Your brand colors are typically in your style guide.

Fonts

MailManagers uses email-safe web fonts that render correctly in every mail client: Arial, Helvetica, Verdana, Georgia, Trebuchet, Tahoma, and the system stack. Avoid exotic fonts — they only work in your browser, not in the recipient's mail.

Layout

In the Layout tab pick:

• Photo/logo on the left or right
• Vertical or horizontal alignment
• Padding and spacing between blocks
• Divider lines between sections (e.g. between contact info and social links)

Tip

Brand color missing? Add it via Organization → Branding so all team members use consistent colors.
