Step-by-step guide to creating a signature.

Create your first signature

Build your first signature in a few minutes:

  1. Go to Signatures and click + New signature.
  2. Fill in your name, role and company.
  3. Add your contact details (email, phone, VAT number, address).
  4. Optional: upload a logo or photo.
  5. Add social links (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  6. Check the preview on the right and tweak colors or spacing in the tabs.
  7. Done? Click Install / copy or Download HTML.

Tip

Test your signature first by sending a mail to yourself from your own mail client. That way you see how it looks in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or a mobile app — they each render slightly differently.
