Create your first signature
Build your first signature in a few minutes:
- Go to Signatures and click + New signature.
- Fill in your name, role and company.
- Add your contact details (email, phone, VAT number, address).
- Optional: upload a logo or photo.
- Add social links (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Check the preview on the right and tweak colors or spacing in the tabs.
- Done? Click Install / copy or Download HTML.
Tip
Test your signature first by sending a mail to yourself from your own mail client. That way you see how it looks in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or a mobile app — they each render slightly differently.
