What happens when you delete your MailManagers account.
Delete your account
Want to delete your MailManagers account? You can, but read first what happens to your data and subscription.
Before you delete
- Cancel your Team subscription in the Stripe billing portal. Otherwise charges continue until the end of your billing period.
- Download a backup of your signatures if you might rebuild later โ once deleted, they're gone.
Deleting
- Go to Account โ Delete account tab.
- Read the warning โ this is irreversible.
- Confirm with your password.
- Your account, signatures, banners and organization data are wiped.
GDPR
In line with GDPR we delete all your personal data within 30 days. Log files and accounting invoices we keep shorter (logs) or longer (invoices, 7 years per Belgian law) โ see our privacy policy.
What if you come back later?
You can create a new account with the same or a different email address. Old data is not recoverable.
