Create a banner group
A banner group bundles several banners that you want to show in sequence (e.g. spring campaign, summer promo, holiday hours). You link the group to your signature once, and the system shows the right banner automatically based on your schedule.
Steps
- Go to Banner groups and click + Create banner group.
- Give the group a name (e.g. "Promos 2026").
- Open the group and add banners via + Add banner.
- Set start and end dates per banner item (click Edit on a row).
- Link the banner group to a signature via the banner tab in the signature editor.
From now on the system rotates banners automatically — no more signature editing.
FAQ
What if there's a gap between banners? The signature temporarily shows no banner. You'll get an automated reminder mail when a group is about to run dry.
What if banners overlap? The system shows the banner with the most recent start date. You'll get a warning on the banner group detail page.
Switching every email? No — the switch is date-based, not per email. Banners 1 and 2 each run during their configured periods.
