Create a banner

Build your first banner: image, click URL, schedule, and link to your signature.

Create a banner

A banner is a visual image below your signature promoting whatever you want: campaign, event, new service, product launch.

Steps

  1. Go to Banners in the sidebar.
  2. At the top, give it a name (e.g. "Spring promo 2026") and click Create banner.
  3. In the banner editor:
  4. - Standard banner — upload your own image (680×120px recommended) - Review banner — let MailManagers auto-generate a banner with stars and review score

  5. Fill in the click URL (where the banner leads when clicked).
  6. Optional: set start and end dates so the banner appears and disappears automatically.
  7. Click Banner active to publish.
  8. Go to your signature and link the banner via the Banner tab.

Recommended formats

  • Dimensions: 680px wide × 120px tall (ratio ~5.6:1)
  • File format: PNG or JPG, < 200 KB
  • Click URL: short, recognizable landing page, ideally with UTM parameters for tracking

Statistics

After a week, Statistics shows you views and clicks per banner. Banners performing poorly? Tweak text, image or timing.
