Views, clicks and CTR — measure the impact of your banners.

View banner statistics

In Statistics you see the impact per banner.

What you see

  • Views — how many times the banner was fetched (one per received mail that loads the image)
  • Clicks — how many times someone clicked the banner
  • CTR (Click-Through Rate) — clicks divided by views, in percent

Interpretation

  • CTR < 0.5% — banner draws too little attention. Try a stronger CTA or clearer design.
  • CTR 0.5%-2% — healthy range for B2B signatures.
  • CTR > 2% — excellent, keep this banner active longer.

Important to know

  • Views are only counted when recipients load images. Outlook desktop blocks images by default, so your real reach is higher than the number.
  • Clicks are counted via tracking URLs. If someone copies the URL instead of clicking, that's not counted.
  • Data is roughly real-time (up to 5 min delay).
