AI improvements — monthly quota

The banner editor has a ✨ button next to text fields that improves your text with AI. For short copy (title, body, button, badge, review) it produces sharper writing fast. But every AI call literally costs us money at OpenAI/Claude, so there's a fair quota for Free users.

What do you get?

For Free, the counter resets automatically every 30 days — no action needed on your side.

Where do I see my counter?

At the top of the banner editor, a chip:

• 2 or more remaining: purple (fine)
• 1 remaining: amber (warning)
• 0 remaining: AI button opens an upgrade modal instead

The chip is only visible for Free users. Trial + paid plans don't see it (= unlimited).

What happens at the 6th attempt?

• Friendly modal: "Your AI quota is used up"
• Your text is not changed — type yourself or wait for next month
• One-click upgrade CTA in the modal for those who want more

Tips to use your quota wisely

• Save it for the hard texts: short titles and buttons you can usually write yourself. Save AI for longer body copy where you're stuck.
• Set the tone first: before clicking ✨, pick friendly / direct / playful. First attempt is usually spot-on.
• Trial unlocks unlimited: have a big campaign coming up? A 14-day trial gives you unlimited AI + all premium features.

Common questions

• "When does my quota reset?" — Automatically 30 days after your last reset. Not on the 1st of the calendar month, but 30 days after your first AI call of this period.
• "Can I carry unused calls to next month?" — No. Reset always sets it to 0.
• "What if AI gives a bad answer?" — Unfortunately every call counts, even if the result isn't usable. That's because we pay the provider for it directly.
