Scale your Team subscription up or down without going through the full flow again.

Adjust signature count via Stripe

When your team grows or shrinks, adjust the signature count via your Stripe billing portal.

Steps

  1. Go to Account in the sidebar.
  2. Click Manage subscription — this opens your Stripe billing portal in a new tab.
  3. Click Update plan.
  4. Change the signature count up or down.
  5. Confirm the change.

Pro-rata billing

Stripe handles it automatically:

  • Increasing — extra seats are pro-rated until the end of your current period.
  • Decreasing — any credit appears on your next invoice.

Effect in MailManagers

Once Stripe confirms the change, MailManagers receives a webhook and your seat count updates immediately. You can create more signatures right away.

Tip

When expanding significantly (e.g. from 5 to 25): during upgrade the per-seat price can drop (from €13 to €11), so total cost isn't 5× higher but only 4.2× — Stripe automatically applies the correct tiered price.
